Flock Container FBS

Application area:

For storage of various filling-materials (f.e. foam-flocks or foam-sticks – not suitable for polyesther-fibres).

Mode of operation:

The filling-material is loaded into the open top flock-container and kept loose by an agitator and transported equally to the connected blower-filler Type GFE – this equipment has the advantage that the material is disposed always almost equally at the suction side – no manual handling of the suction hose of the blower-filler is necessary.
The Type FBS-3000 has a half-rounded trough made of steel which has a positive affect to the material movement.

The Type FBS-1400 (-SB) is made completely out of wooden boards (without steel trough).
The Type –SB is a self-building equipment – we supply instructions and drawings (inexpensive alternative). Several blower-fillers Type GFE are available – according separate brochure.
