Operation:
The filling material is sucked out of the storage container into the dosing bin by vacuum. During the filling process the material is weighted.
A final weight control is done without being influenced by suction air. An automatic weight equalization takes place if necessary.
The filling quantity and the number of fillings are programmed in advance.

Equipment consists of:
- Housing 1, 2 or 3 dosing bins – with electronic weighing device with electronic sensing system dependent on the model. Bins are made of static electricity-conductive material, with installed screens, automatic dosing of antistatic liquid.
- Rotating flap system for supply and discharge of material and air
- Programmable weight control for single weight filling, serial fillings, different weights in serial filling and programmable article related
- Pipeline from filling equipment to feeding equipment (silo)
- Filling-blower with infinitely variable revolutions, programmed automatically to filling program, discharging speed freely adjustable, wear-resistant electronic brake, all frequency controlled by inverter, blower installed in sound absorbing housing
- Changeable filling pipes with outer diameters of 25/ 30/ 35/ 40/ 50mm.
- FMS-500 having outer diameters of 60 or 80 mm or a double filling head with ring clamping device for cushions
- Power supply: 3x400V, 50 cycles, compressed air: min. 6bar, max. 10bar
