Manual Filling-Equipment KFE
For filling of honey-comb comforters, channeled quilts, sleeping bags and sportswear. Dosing and filling is done in separate steps.

Operation:
The individual weight for each box is filled into the dosing bin by hand. The weight is shown on the display and may have to be adjusted by hand to the wanted weight. Then the filling process is started. The operator starts and stops the discharging process by foot-pedal.
Operator:
Necessary for filling the dosing bin and for operating the equipment.
Equipment consists of:
- Housing installed on rollers
- Dosing bin with electronic weighing device, clear digital display and electrical agitator
- Filling-blower frequency controlled for infinitely variable revolutions with wear-resistant electronic brake
- Filling pipe outer diameter 40mm, can be changed to other diameters
