Manual Filling-Equipment MDE-2000
For filling of honey-comb comforters, channeled quilts, sleeping bags and sportswear. Dosing and filling is done in one step (down counting weighing system).
Operator: Necessary for filling the dosing bin and holding the article during the filling process.

Operation:
The weighing bin is charged manually to itīs maximum (2000g down/ feathers). The filling weight of each box is programmed. On each start takes the blower filler the quantity of a box from the bin complying with the programmed weight. The blower stops after each taking and has to be restarted for the next shot.
Equipment consists of:
- Housing installed on rollers
- Dosing bin with electronic weighing device, clear digital display
- Weighing control programmable for single weight, dosing in coarse- or fine system. Fine dosing adjustable by weight and agitator revolution.
- Automatic final dosing if underweight. Remaining weight is displayed
- Filling-blower with infinitely variable revolutions and wear-resistant electronic brake is frequency controlled by inverter.
- Filling pipe outer diameter 35mm, can be changed optionally to other diameters
