Thin-Foam-Destacker DSA-650(-K) / TBA-650(-K) / TBT-650

Application area:

DSA+TBA: For separating foam parts (30 – 65 cm wide), which are stored in stacks in one or two channels and then deposited on the conveyor belt below.
The conveyor belt then feeds the separated foam parts to a KGF type covering machine under sensor control.

TBT: Conveyor belt table for manual loading of foam parts (30 – 65 cm wide) one after the other to enable loading of the covering machine at least temporarily without an operator (different belt lengths possible - depending on the available space).

Mode of operation:

DSA-TBA: The working width is adjusted by hand crank, the foam height at the lower discharge plates and the foam length at the channel dividers by means of star screws.
The stacked foam parts are inserted into the channels of the destacker from above.
Pneumatically pivoting separator plates prevent the foam parts from falling through directly onto the discharge plates. During the destacking process, the separator plates are then swiveled in and the entire stack falls down by one foam thickness onto the discharge plates - directly afterwards, the separator plates swivel in again between the lowest 2 foam parts so that the foam parts above do not fall down, when directly afterwards the lower discharge plates fold down and let the lowest foam parts fall onto the conveyor belt of the TBA. When the foot switch is pressed, which starts the conveyor belt and also the covering machine, the foam parts are conveyed to a discharge drive with rubberized rollers, where they are first aligned and held (sensor-controlled). When the foot switch is started again, the first foam part is discharged and separated from the one behind it, since the discharge drive and covering machine run faster (approx. 0.6 m/sec.) than the conveyor belt.
The next stacking process is automatically triggered by the PLC control.

TBT: As with the TBA, the foam parts are separated by sensor control and different speeds in order to always convey only one foam part into the covering machine.
