Closed Conveyor Silo FZ

Closed conveyor silo with flaps (combination of FZB and FZR) for large filling volumes.
For down, feathers, fibres etc.
For filling through vacuum-process.

Mode of operation:

A fan after the integrated sieve-box forms a vacuum which transports the material through a suction pipe into the silo - the exhaust air escapes into a filter. Silo flaps supply material sensor-controlled onto a conveyorbelt. This belt is speed-controlled; further a retaining rake will hold back too much material (with sensor-control) and holds always the same amount of loose material inside the charging cylinder. This guarantees precision and speed to the connected filling equipments. Because of the closed construction with air-suction filter these silos are suitable also for filling equipments with necessary material equalisation (blowing material back to silo).
