Vacuum-Filling-Table VFT

For filling feathers, down, blow able fibres, fibre balls or foam pieces and their mixtures into cushions by vacuum process. The vacuum filling tables (up to 3 pieces per operator) are connected to an automatic dosing device type ADF. Through a vacuum generated by a strong blower the filling material is sucked out of the dosing bins into the cushions. The special advantage thereby is that the environment keeps nearly dust free and the filling material does not come into contact with the fan wheel (suitable for sensitive materials). In addition, noise emissions are lower than without overpressure filling.
